McCarren Pool Parties

There’s a place called McCarren Pool in Williamsburg, Brooklyn where I have been spending my Sunday afternoons and I’m in love with it. McCarren Pool Party Sundays is a dream come true for someone like me. All the young, fabulous, beautiful and oh too hip hipsters gather to dance, sunbathe, and listen to music in this old empty pool. There’s a slip and slide, dance party, hoola hooping, water volleyball, beer tents, live bands, DJ’s and dodge ball tournaments all on the premises and it’s all for you to indulge in for FREE (except the beer). My favorite thing to do is sip on a Brooklyn Beer Summer Ale with my friends and watch the dodge ball games. So grab some sunscreen, bring your dance shoes, and a giant bottle of water and enjoy.
