Dungeness by Mark Smith

Dungeness is brilliant and completely bonkers, helped by the fact you can get there by a miniature train. There’s not much there apart from a nuclear power plant, a pub and some random structures. It’s out on the Kent coast, feels weirdly like the west coast of New Zealand and straight out of a David Lynch film. Dungeness is apparently good for bird spotting if that’s your thing! Derek Jarman’s, the late artist and filmmaker, house is still there.
