Accommodations We Love - A Touch of Spice

New Zealand has a lot of luxury accommodation and I’m lucky enough to have stayed at many of them but there’s a new standard on the landscape with A Touch of Spice. Its portfolio of luxury villas and exclusive holiday home accommodation is available throughout New Zealand with their most extensive selection being in the Queenstown region. All their properties are exceptional. Recently I stayed at Millcreek in Arrowtown which is possibly the loveliest house I’ve ever holidayed in with its modernist style it’s stunningly juxtaposed against the surrounding mountains. The view is straight up Coronet Peak so you can check the mountain conditions before even getting out of bed. The interior’s beautiful too, best of all, the furry sunken living area in front of the roaring fire. Added bonus: Millcreek is only a short walk to Lake Hayes which is a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning walk. They have properties all around the country and all of them look exceptional.
