The Queenstown lakes district is full of great hotels and homes to rent and of course, our favourite amongst them is Touch Of Spice for luxury holiday rentals throughout this region. A recent snow weekend saw us staying at one of their properties just at the foot of Coronet Peak ski field: 21 Mathias Crescent: a gorgeous little house big enough for a family but still intimate and cosy. Made even cosier by the double fireplaces one at each end of the main living area. What could be better for a snow weekend escape?
