Eateries We Love - Heiroku Sushi in Bangkok

My recent trip to Thailand (Phuket & Bangkok) was amazing. The sights, sounds and smells of a city heaving under the weight of millions of citizens living literally on top of each other was a wake-up call to the luxuries I’m afforded by living so far away from the centre of the civilized world.
The sheer scale of how Bangkok has been built layer-upon-layer is extraordinary, and there’s no more incredible example of this than the brand new CentralWorld shopping centre. It’s seven floors of big-brand commerce with a food floor that’ll blow your mind.
Amongst all the hustle is a little Japanese gem - Heiroku Sushi. It’s quiet, cool and has a beautiful array of freshly made sushi on the ultimate sushi train traveling past your eyes and whetting the appetite.
Make sure you allow half a day to soak in the entire centre and all it can offer.
