Spa and steak. The Emblem Hotel Prague, the latest addition to Karlo Otto’s portfolio of brands, boasts both. The spa ain’t just any spa, either: it’s on the rooftop, with a wooden terrace and fantastic views of the Czech capital. Sipping bubbly in bubbles whilst soaking up castles and cobbled streets? Tick. The steak is exceptional, too: George Prime Steak, the hotel’s restaurant, is Prague’s first USDA Prime beef steakhouse. Add to the mix a members’ club, marble-heavy interiors, and complimentary copies of taste-makers’ bible Monocle, and you’ve got yourself a quality hotel.
